July 30, 2025 – 20002-145-EM-25 (Record No. 17908) - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Procedural Rules and Regulations, notice is hereby given of the Application of Black Hills Power, Inc. d/b/a Black Hills Energy (BHP or Company) for authority to pass on an Energy Cost Adjustment increase of $0.0058 per kilowatt hour for all customers for the period of September 1, 2025 through August 31, 2026, as more fully described below.
