If you are anything like me, you are exhausted from reading the never-ending headlines coming from Washington. They are infuriating, saddening, and anxiety-inducing all at the same time.
With the challenges we are facing as a city, a state, and a country, you would think our leaders would focus on solving problems instead of creating them.
While we aren’t getting the leadership we deserve in Washington, we are getting it here in Phoenix.
Mayor Kate Gallego has been focused on delivering solutions to our most pressing issues. From building more affordable housing and investing in our region’s infrastructure to ensuring our city can continue to thrive in a warmer climate, our mayor is actually delivering the competent, collaborative policies we need.
It’s the work she’s been doing since she was first elected in 2019, and it’s the work she’s focused on daily.
While we certainly have more challenges to overcome, Mayor Kate Gallego is proving to the rest of the country that Phoenix is the city of the future.
