You can't always believe everything you read on the internet, but I can confirm: that tweet is real. As of June 30, the Republicans' national fundraising arm had $81 million in the bank to Democrats' $15 million.

That's a staggering difference — and a major warning sign for 2026. Republicans have billionaire bank accounts on their side, John. But we have you — a member of our growing grassroots movement of five million and counting. We've beaten the GOP's billionaire bankroll machine before, and we can do it again.

Because we know what Republicans will do with their war chest: flood the airwaves with disinformation, outspend us in key states, and try to buy their way back into power. If we don't close this gap, we're giving them a head start we can't afford.

This moment calls for all of us to step up. That's why we set an ambitious goal to raise $200,000 before the end of July.
