Big news: Today we made history. And we need your help to keep fighting!
For the first time ever, our organization has invested in a six-figure national TV ad buy. We’ve officially launched No Schedule 3 — a public education campaign urging President Donald Trump to oppose efforts to reschedule marijuana under the Controlled Substances Act. Our ads are airing now on the channels he watches most, including Fox News and Fox Business.
This campaign calls attention to the serious public health and safety risks of moving marijuana from Schedule I to Schedule III. Doing so would hand the marijuana industry billions in tax breaks and open the door to cartel-backed expansion.
Our President and CEO Dr. Kevin Sabet warns:
“Rescheduling is a direct threat to public health — it’s a cartel tax cut that rewards Big Marijuana, Mexican traffickers, and CCP-linked criminal networks.”
We’re taking action to stop this. But we need your help.
This campaign is part of a larger national effort to:
mobilize grassroots supporters through a national petition
educate voters, lawmakers, and the media on the dangers of rescheduling
urge President Trump to take a stand and block this dangerous proposal
President Trump: Make America Healthy Again — Not High.
Rescheduling marijuana means more addiction, more chaos, and more negative impacts from the effects of marijuana on the heart, mental health, and the American family.
