This month, I met with union workers and leaders at the Washington State
Labor Council Convention in Vancouver. It was a great opportunity to
discuss the progress we’ve made and our path forward standing up for
working people.

We’ve made some big accomplishments this year. We strengthened laws
protecting youth in the workforce and leveled the playing field for
striking workers by providing up to six weeks of unemployment insurance.
