We've filed a lawsuit on behalf of Maine Family Planning (MFP), the state's largest network of reproductive health clinics. Trump's so-called "big beautiful bill" blocks clinics like MFP and Planned Parenthood from receiving Medicaid reimbursements, putting essential care out of reach.

MFP runs 18 clinics throughout the state of Maine, many in rural areas. For 70% of their patients, MFP is their only health care provider. Half rely on Medicaid. And Maine isn’t alone. This is what the Trump administration’s agenda looks like nationwide:
