Friend, this is the biggest deadline we've faced yet.

In five days, we'll have to report our fundraising numbers for the entire quarter to the Federal Election Commission -- and I don't want to fall short.

We've set an ambitious goal of raising $30,000 from grassroots supporters like you before our official FEC deadline, midnight Tuesday. Can I count on you to make a contribution?

The National Republican Congressional Committee has invested more than $2.6 million in political ads targeting voters in the Twin Cities. They're going to pack those ads with misleading attacks in an attempt to make me a one-term congressman, and I know we'll need to make investments of our own to counter their narrative.

In a normal election year, we would have been fundraising steadily for months, and this deadline wouldn't be quite so urgent. But as we all know, this hasn't been a normal year, and with Republican spending stepping up, we can't put off this part of campaigning any longer -- especially with all that's at stake in this election.

So today, I'm asking: Will you chip in before midnight Tuesday to help us reach our $30,000 goal and finish the quarter strong?

This is our biggest deadline yet. I hope you'll chip in to show you're with me -- and to show everyone that we have what it takes to win in 2020.

With gratitude,

Dean Phillips
