* *Summary:* The 2025 Minnesota Legislature passed changes that affect the EIDBI benefit.
New EIDBI clinical supervision requirements [ [link removed] ]
* *Audience:* EIDBI providers, people who receive services and their families and other interested parties
* *Summary:* The 2025 Minnesota Legislature passed EIDBI clinical supervision requirements. DHS updated the EIDBI Policy Manual and the Individual Treatment Plan (ITP) form to reflect these requirements.
