July 28, 2025 – 30026-111-GT-25 (Record No. 17883) - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules and Regulations, the Commission hereby gives notice of the Application of Black Hills Wyoming Gas, LLC d/b/a Black Hills Energy (BHWG or the Company) for authority implement its 2026-2028 Natural Gas Energy Efficiency Plan (EE Plan), as more fully described below.

 July 28, 2025 – 20003-259-EA-25 (Record No. 17884) - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules and Regulations, the Commission hereby gives notice of the Application of Cheyenne Light, Fuel and Power Company d/b/a Black Hills Energy (CLFP or the Company) for approval of its 2026-2028 Electric Demand Side Management Plan (DSM Plan), as more fully described below.
