The walls are closing in on Donald Trump. The active cover-up of his ties to Jeffrey Epstein’s pedophilia and human trafficking ring is one of the, if not, the largest political scandals in recent history. 

The backlash to this scandal and his administration's fascist agenda should lead to a massive victory for Democrats in the ‘26 midterms—reclaiming the House, neutering his presidency, and beginning the fall of the Trump era.

But like any villain, Donald Trump has a fallback plan to maintain his grip on power. He is openly signaling he will run for a third term and so far the MAGA controlled Supreme Court has let him do anything that he wants. He is so emboldened that he is even selling Trump 2028 hats on his official store:

Right now, the groundwork is being laid to ensure a Trump third term. MAGA operatives are pouring tens of millions into flipping key state Supreme Courts—quietly placing loyalists who will control how elections are decided in swing states critical to winning the presidency.

Trump attempted and failed a state supreme court takeover in Wisconsin earlier this year. But they learned from that defeat. Elon Musk’s involvement brought a spotlight, rallying Democrats to stop the takeover. Now, with Musk on the sidelines, Trump’s plan is continuing in the dark.

Trump has Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court in his crosshairs next, working behind the scenes to defeat three Democrat Supreme Court justices in a rare retention election this November. If Trump takes this court, he will control election laws in the most important swing state in the country—ensuring PA goes red in 2028.

And because this plot is now unfolding in the dark, hardly any Democrats are paying attention.
