On Thursday, July 31, the U.S. Census Bureau will release preliminary data from one of its newest surveys, the Annual Integrated Economic Survey (AIES).
The AIES, which replaces and integrates seven annual business surveys into a single survey, provides the only comprehensive national and subnational data on business revenues, expenses and assets on an annual basis.

2023 County Business Patterns Ocean Economy Table for U.S. Territories
The Census Bureau will release the 2023 County Business Patterns Ocean Economy Table on Tuesday, July 29. The Ocean Economy Table [ [link removed] ] contains 2023 County Business Patterns estimates of the Ocean Economy for businesses with paid employees in the five U.S. territories (American Samoa, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands).
Small Area Health Insurance Estimates
On Thursday, July 31, the Census Bureau will release new data from the Small Area Health Insurance Estimates (SAHIE) Program [ [link removed] ], the only source for single-year estimates of the number of people with and without health insurance coverage in each of the nation’s 3,143 counties. County statistics will be available by sex and age groups and at income levels that reflect thresholds for state and federal assistance programs such as the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) and Medicaid eligibility.Â
2023 Annual Survey of State and Local Government Finances
On Thursday, July 31, the Census Bureau will release data from the 2023 Annual Survey of State and Local Government Finances [ [link removed] ]. These data show revenues, expenditures and debt by level of government (state, local, and state and local combined). The statistics are organized by state.

Friday, August 1, will be the 149th anniversary of Colorado [ [link removed] ]'s statehood.
*Did you know:* In Colorado, 7.2% of people are veterans, according to 2023 American Community Survey 1-Year Estimates. Nationwide, 6.1% of people are veterans.
