BJS has released Tribal Crime Data Collection Activities, 2025. This report summarizes BJS’s tribal crime data collection activities during 2024 and planned through July 2025. It also describes BJS's efforts, in consultation with Indian tribes, to develop and implement the Tribal Justice Statistics Program. These efforts include creating a 10-year strategic plan and consulting with tribal nations and federal partners on the implementation of a tribal justice data collection system to include the Census of Tribal Law Enforcement Agencies  and the Census of Tribal Court Systems. This report is the 15th in a series that began in 2011 to meet BJS’s Tribal Law and Order Act of 2010 annual reporting requirement.
