Dear John,
As we wait for final results from Tuesday’s primary elections, one thing is certain: our hard work has paid off. Jamaal Bowman has already declared victory in New York and Charles Booker is neck-and-neck with Amy McGrath.

That success is a testament to the thousands of people in Kentucky, New York, and around the country making phone calls, knocking on doors, and dropping banners. They gave it their all, even when the odds were stacked against us.

We’re primed to ride this momentum and elect even more leaders to Congress who will champion the needs of working people and a Green New Deal. On Tuesday, we have our next big opportunity in Colorado, where Andrew Romanoff is running against a pro-fracking Democrat for US Senate.

If Romanoff is going to have any chance of winning against millions of dollars worth of attack ads, he’s going to need the same kind of movement behind him that Charles and Jamaal had. Can you sign up for a phone bank shift to help us call Colorado voters and tell them all about Andrew Romanoff? [[link removed]]

With COVID keeping most of us indoors, phone banks have proven to be the most valuable tool we have to make personal connections with voters and spread the word about our Green New Deal champions.

In the past month, volunteers have dialed over one and a half million numbers to call voters. Can you help us dial a million more by donating two hours of your time for a phone bank shift? [[link removed]] We give you all the tools you need to start making calls and you’ll have support from tons of experienced volunteers who have had so much fun connecting with people, they’ve returned to do multiple shifts.

This is one of the most important election years of our lives. Last night made clear, we have an incredible opportunity to help transform Congress—and the future of the country.

See you on the phones,

Sophia, Sunrise

P.S. - Join us for a movement-wide call tonight at 7pm ET about how we keep building. We’ll share reflections on last night's results, as well as talk more about these upcoming campaigns and everything we have planned to help push these candidates to victory.
