Hi there,

After Tuesday next week, our campaign will report our quarterly fundraising totals to the Federal Election Commission (FEC). I need you to understand why this deadline is so important.

Here’s why: Now that Donald Trump’s re-election campaign has resumed knocking on doors and holding in-person events throughout the country, the GOP will be looking at the numbers Democrats report after Tuesday to determine who is most vulnerable.

Our campaign needs to raise $15,000 before Tuesday’s FEC deadline to show the GOP that we’re not going anywhere. Can I count on you to chip in now to help us get there?

Donald Trump and the far-right Republican he inspired to run against me have been raising money hand over fist throughout this year. If our campaign comes up short this month, they’ll pounce.

There could not be more at stake in this year’s election, friend. Democrats have a real chance to expand our House majority, win a Senate majority, and elect a Democratic president — but we can’t do it without grassroots support from folks like you.
