reelection is getting closer to stepping into the ring.

faced tough primary challenges in every election cycle since 2018.
And in each of those races, Ilhan won because she had the support of a
grassroots team that stood beside her. A grassroots team that knocked
doors, made phone calls, organized their community, and chipped in $5 or
$10 at a time to fund our efforts.
If anyone is thinking about jumping into this race, we can be certain that
their #1 priority will be securing the financial support they’ll need to
build a campaign and run constant attack ads against Ilhan. For all we
know, those donations could come from AIPAC, corporate Super PACs, or
billionaire mega-donors.
Simply put, we can’t be caught off guard while Ilhan’s challenger builds a
humungous war chest to spend against her. That would be a disaster for our
chances.
So, it’s critically important that we respond to this breaking news by
recommitting ourselves to reelecting Ilhan and defending our Squad
members.
