I can't tell you how proud I am to serve New Jersey alongside my friend Andy. I've known him a lot longer than the few years we've been serving in Congress together. Believe it or not, I was on the selection committee when Andy applied to be a Rhodes Scholar.
What I saw in Andy back then is what I continue to see in him today: Andy is dedicated to improving the lives of others. No one is more committed to their constituents than Andy is, and no one will fight harder for the issues that matter most to all of us.
But election experts such as Nate Silver's FiveThirtyEight are calling this race a toss-up. Now, we need to prove that Andy has what it takes to hold on to this seat.

Andy has a critical Federal Election Commission (FEC) deadline coming up on Tuesday at midnight where all of his fundraising numbers will be made public for the media, pundits, and opponents to scour.
