Earlier this week, Republican Congressman Mike Lawler announced he was not going to run for Governor. 

Don’t let him fool you into thinking he made this decision on his own.

Mike’s decision came after Trump played kingmaker in a meeting between the two at the White House, where Trump pressured Lawler not to run.

New Yorkers don’t want Trump’s lapdog representing them — in the Governor’s mansion or in Congress. 

And it doesn’t matter what section of the ballot his name is on. New Yorkers want a champion who will stand up for them — and that is not Mike Lawler.

He doesn’t have the spine to face me next fall, and with your help, we’ll defeat him in NY-17 to send a true leader for New Yorkers to Congress.
