I’ll admit it. I have strong opinions.

Some are personal, some are political, and a few might start a friendly fight in the group chat.

So while I take a quick coffee break, I figured I’d share a few of my hot takes in the spirit of truth-telling and a little mischief:

1️⃣ Delaware has the best beaches in America. (Obviously.)

2️⃣ Wawa has the best coffee on Earth.

3️⃣ If we want a big-tent Democratic Party, that has to go both ways. We have to reject the false choice that we must sacrifice the left to win the center.

4️⃣ “Pro-life” Republicans who vote to gut funding so hungry kids can’t eat lunch aren’t at all pro-life.

5️⃣ No one is coming to save us from this administration’s authoritarian impulses. That’s the work we’ve got to do together.

Okay, maybe that last one’s not a hot take — it’s just the truth.

The stakes are sky-high, and the path forward won’t come from wishful thinking. It’ll come from organizing, showing up, and building grassroots power right now.
