VICTORY — Department of Education Finds Five Northern Virginia School Districts in Violation of Title IX, Following AFL’s Call for a Federal Investigation |

The U.S. Department of Education found five Northern VA school districts in violation of Title IX for “gender identity” policies allowing males in female spaces, following a complaint by AFL. Districts have 10 days to comply or face enforcement.

AFL President Gene Hamilton Testifies Before Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Ending Illegal DEI Discrimination |

In his opening testimony, America First Legal President, Gene Hamilton exposed how corporations, universities, school systems, and government entities embrace unlawful race- and sex-based discrimination under the guise of diversity, equity, and inclusion and that “combatting illegal DEI is vital to maintaining equal opportunity for every American and preserving our republic.” Watch the testimony HERE.

AFL secured a total win for Rep. Thomas Beach, who was sued for defamation after reposting a story on a teacher's secret gender survey. The plaintiff dropped the case with prejudice before AFL even argued its motion to dismiss.

Fox Business: Pro-Trump law group says Cracker Barrel's DEI programs violate federal, state civil rights laws |
“Conservative pro-Trump law group America First Legal (AFL) filed complaints Monday with the Tennessee Attorney General and the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission (EEOC), alleging Cracker Barrel is maintaining discriminatory employment practices stemming from its diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) policies.
The complaints point to public documents, internal reports, and Cracker Barrel’s own language to allege the company maintains illegal DEI frameworks, such as race- and gender-conscious hiring, leadership and promotion pipelines, which provide benefits to employees on the basis of protected characteristics. AFL also slammed Cracker Barrel for rebranding its dedicated DEI website to "Culture and Belonging," arguing that the name change did not halt Cracker Barrel from using "diversity" as a proxy for race or sex.”

“Last week, America First Legal called for the Department of Justice to investigate the admissions practices of Johns Hopkins University’s medical school. America First Legal alleges discrimination in Johns Hopkins’ admissions decisions as well as ‘scholarships, faculty hiring, curricula, residency programs, and federal research grants.’”
America First Legal said that Johns Hopkins’ alleged effort to “evade” Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard, in which the Supreme Court ruled against racial preferences in admissions decisions, is “calculated.”
“As one of the nation’s premier medical institutions and the largest recipient of federal funding among American universities, Johns Hopkins bears a heightened responsibility to uphold fairness and merit,” said America First Legal. “Instead, it has entrenched a DEI regime through its School of Medicine that infuses preferences based on race, color, sex, national origin, ethnicity, and other impermissible, immutable characteristics into every facet of medical education.”
