When I first ran for governor of New Hampshire, a young volunteer named
Chris Pappas was out knocking on doors, working hard to help make a
difference in his community.
Since then, I’ve watched Chris grow into one of our state’s most
principled and effective public servants — winning competitive elections
and serving Granite Staters in Congress.
That’s why I proudly endorsed my friend Chris to be New Hampshire’s next
U.S. Senator.
This is a critically important election, and Chris is the right person for
this moment. With Scott Brown announcing his campaign for Senate, there’s
no doubt he’ll be welcomed by the right-wing billionaires and special

together — like expanding access to health care, protecting our
reproductive freedom, strengthening small businesses, and investing in our

on them. In Congress he’s fought hard to support New Hampshire veterans,
protect Social Security and Medicare, and work across the aisle to deliver
meaningful results for working families.
Chris knows what public service is all about: listening, solving problems,

With Scott Brown running to flip this seat, we can’t afford to sit on the
sidelines. Brown’s record is all too familiar to Granite State voters.

Scott Brown is out of touch with New Hampshire — and we deserve better in
the Senate.
