The Democrat Party in New York City just selected an extremist to be its standard bearer for Mayor of that great city. A self-identified socialist, Zohran Mamdani has pledged to double down on the failed policies that caused all the problems he is seeking to fix.
From advocating for state-run grocery stores to openly supporting defunding the police to promoting discriminatory tax policies, Zohran represents an extremism that is dangerous for our country and shows just how far left and out of touch Democrats have become. The concepts set forth in our Declaration of Independence and our Constitution are being shredded by Democrats.
At the CTGOP, we are working hard to prevent this type of extremism from coming to our state. With your support, we will provide the infrastructure for Republican candidates to bring common-sense solutions to our state, solutions that will help Connecticut citizens prosper, grow and ensure their children and grandchildren can make a life here in Connecticut.
