Let’s be honest about what’s happening right now: House Republicans aren’t leading, they’re following Donald Trump's every demand, and instead of keeping it in check, they're acting as an extension of the White House.

When Trump wants tax breaks for corporate billionaires, they hand them over. When he demands cuts to public broadcasting or foreign aid for countries in crisis, they go along with it without any hesitation. And when he says to defund Planned Parenthood, they’re more than happy to oblige despite what the American people want.

Here’s what they’re not doing: They’re not working to lower costs, they’re not helping you put food on the table, or pay your mortgage, or save for college, and they’re most definitely not staying focused on the real problems families face every single day, both here in Washington, and nationwide. Simply put, we can’t afford a House that answers only to Trump, not with so much on the line.

The only way to put an end to the chaos and the noise is to do everything we can to flip the House blue and elect for-the-people, common-sense Democrats who will *actually* fight for you.
