Let’s talk about the stakes.
Nicole Malliotakis voted for the disastrous OBBB, a bill that guts Medicaid, threatens critical healthcare protections, and drives up prescription drug costs. Over 30,000 people in our district rely on Medicaid. She is praying we don't hold her accountable, but we will. Because these are our neighbors.
And meanwhile? Donald Trump is out here promising to lower drug prices by 1000%. That’s not real because it’s not mathematically possible. You literally can’t lower any prices by more than 100%. Percentages don't work like that. If he doesn’t understand percentages, how is he going to lower prices by a single percent?
This is the agenda Malliotakis is rubber stamping. I’ve got a different plan: I will expand coverage so more New Yorkers get quality, affordable healthcare. I will protect and strengthen Medicaid and Medicare. I will fight to lower the cost of prescription drugs.
