The OPT Program is harmful to US workers seeking employment
Under the "Optional Practical Training" (OPT) program, employers receive tax breaks while paying foreign workers less, which undercuts the opportunities for US workers seeking employment. There are no incentives for hiring American workers, and OPT is now one of the most used foreign worker programs in the country.
