Here’s why this moment in the race is so important:

• The GOP is gearing up to funnel big money into this race in hopes of unseating Eric. National Republicans are already attacking Eric, and Mike Johnson has made a point to come to this district multiple times in the past 12 months.

• On top of targeting from national Republicans, our opponent is self-funding his own campaign. That means he won’t be relying on grassroots support for resources – unlike us.

We count on grassroots contributions because we believe our campaign should be powered by the people Eric serves. But as July nears its end, we have to meet this critical fundraising goal – or risk getting left behind as outside spending heats up in the fall.
