Perhaps some left-wingers in Congress are contemplating a new amendment to the Constitution. It might read something like this: 'The right of a citizen to lose money without consequence shall not be
denied, so long as that citizen is of the proper political persuasion.'
It could be the 28th Amendment or perhaps an extension to James Madison's Bill of Rights as Amendment 10-A.
