In just one week, we'll be facing our FEC end-of-quarter fundraising deadline. Before I ask you to chip in, I wanted to take a moment to explain why hitting this goal is so important.
National Republicans know Kim's seat is vital in their efforts to retake the House majority. That's why they've listed WA-08 as a top target and named their hand-picked candidate to their "On the Radar" list.
And earlier this month, the Chairman of the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) said that the GOP is "looking at a number of 25 [pickups] at a minimum." That means they can win districts like ours and take back the House.
After this deadline, our fundraising numbers are going to be made public for only the second time this year and national Republicans will be looking for any signs of weakness. We need your help to hit our end-of-quarter goal so we can show our grassroots strength and let D.C. Republicans see that we'll fight like heck to make sure we hold on to this seat -- and our majority -- in November.

Since being elected, Kim has helped pass legislation to lower the cost of prescription drugs, get dark money out of politics, combat gun violence, and so much more. But we risk losing all the progress we've made if Republicans retake the House majority this fall.
Kim has never accepted a dime of corporate PAC money. That means if we're going to have the resources to keep Kim in Congress fighting for us, we need grassroots supporters to step up right away.
