Congress slashed the NFA’s $200 tax on suppressors and short-barreled
firearms to $0, stripping away the flimsy excuse courts used to uphold this

tax. Now that the tax is gone, the NFA has no legal leg to stand on. What’s
left is nothing but unconstitutional power-grabbing by bureaucrats.

Supreme Court will cost upwards of $500,000.
