President Trump signed another Executive Order on Thursday directing federal funds into cities actively trying to mitigate the homeless problem.  The tax dollars will be used for shelters and treatment centers. Places like New York City, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, and San Francisco are not likely to receive much federal help because they enable the homeless, allowing them to pretty much do whatever they want, even if their actions hurt the public.
