I wanted to introduce you to our new Vice Chairman of the Republican Party of Colorado, Richard Holtorf.

Richard is the former House Republican Whip, the third-highest ranking Republican member in the Colorado House of Representatives.

A former Army Apache helicopter pilot, he retired after 29 years of service as a Colonel in 2016.

In addition to his public service endeavors, he is a third-generation cattle rancher, feedlot manager, and dryland farmer.

Richard was elected as Chair of his local county Republican party earlier this year and was appointed to the State Executive Committee.

We are excited to have Vice Chairman Holtorf on board. With 467 days left until Election Day, we can now return our focus to the proper role of the party - winning elections.
