Sorry to be so blunt with you, but with a little over a year until the midterms, it’s critical that we start building up our resources to support Janelle’s re-election campaign right now. Here’s why:

* National Republicans are already mapping out their targets for 2026. And they have their sights set on flipping OR-05. They’ve already started airing ads to discredit Janelle for standing up to Trump and his disastrous policies — and there are likely more to come.

* Democrats only need to flip three seats to take back control of the House. But that won’t happen if we don’t keep OR-05 blue. So our ability to stand up to Trump, defend Medicaid, and lower costs for hard working people could come down to this seat.

* There are 26 Democrats who face the toughest road to re-election next year — and Janelle’s one of them.
