This is HUGE: Yesterday, Justice Democrats’ Rep. Summer Lee PASSED a
motion in the House Oversight Subcommittee she leads to subpoena the full,
unredacted Jeffrey Epstein files from the Department of Justice.

Oversight Subcommittee, now DOJ has to release them. If elected don’t
fulfill our most basic role to hold the wealthy & powerful accountable for
atrocities they commit against the most vulnerable then we shouldn’t be in
office.

That means that the DOJ is legally required to turn these documents over
to her subcommittee in Congress.

This moment didn’t come easy. It happened because Summer had the guts to
step up and lead the charge. Now, we are one step closer to tearing
through one of the most powerful cover-ups in modern history.

As a result, she’s facing the full weight of pushback from powerful forces
who want to keep these files buried.
