I’m writing to you because we’re facing a major deadline next Thursday — that’s when we’ll close the books on our fundraising for this month.
As of this morning, we still need to raise $60,000 from emails just like this one before midnight on July 31st. Can you rush a $5 donation to help us close the gap?
As one of our most dedicated supporters, I want to explain why falling short of our goal is not an option:
→ We are facing a competitive and expensive race here in New Mexico, where MAGA forces are going to try to flip our state.
→ The far-right is already smearing Deb with all kinds of bogus attacks, and we need the resources to fight back against their narratives.
→ Now rumors are swirling that a self-funded millionaire GOP opponent could jump into this race at any moment.
Deb’s record as a champion for the land and working people speaks for itself. With enough resources, we can continue to share that message with voters across the state and counter any smears that come our way.
But if we don’t close our fundraising gap, we’ll have to make serious cuts to our plans.
