San Diego’s utility bills rank among the highest in the nation. That’s why our City must have a strong voice in Sacramento. This week, the City Council approved my resolution in support of a package of state legislation aimed at making utility bills more affordable and investor-owned utility companies more accountable. I thank my colleagues, Climate Action Campaign, and community leaders for their ongoing efforts to protect our residents and ratepayers.
