John,
On Saturday, July 26th, families in every state and Washington, D.C., will take to the streets for a national day of peaceful resistance. These Families First rallies are being organized by a powerful coalition of over 50 groups fighting for labor rights, immigrant dignity, and economic security.
It’s a mass mobilization to say our families come first, not billionaires, not polluters, not corporate interests.
Trump and Republicans in Congress just passed the so-called "One Big Beautiful Bill," a monstrous $4.5 trillion giveaway to corporations, the ultra-rich, and ICE. It slashes Medicaid, guts SNAP, defunds education and childcare, and wipes out support for working families, all to bankroll even more tax breaks for those already hoarding billions.
We’re fighting back. From Phoenix to Philadelphia, from rural towns to city blocks, our message is clear: we will not let them trade our children’s future for billionaire profits.
Join us this Saturday in a nationwide stand for justice as we demand care over cruelty, unity over division, and the economic dignity every family deserves.
After the massive No Kings Day protests that drew over 4 million people, July 26th marks the next wave of resistance. It’s time to transform outrage into organized power.
We’ve been here before. The 2017 Trump tax scam handed $2 trillion mostly to the richest Americans and corporations. Now, they’re doubling down with attacks so severe, they threaten the very fabric of support millions rely on to survive.
These new cuts mean families will be forced to skip meals. It means seniors will have to choose between rent and prescriptions. All so the richest 0.1% can dodge taxes through loopholes and corporate giveaways.
The Families First rallies are our chance to build power and stand up for the neighbors, elders, and children who will be hit hardest by these attacks. So let’s take to the streets to hold every politician and CEO accountable who would dare treat human lives as expendable budget line items.
Stand with working people in the streets to demand a future where families thrive, not just survive. Find an event near you now.
Let’s stand united for tax justice and dignity for all.
