If you’ve been eyeing your neighbor’s solar, saving up for an electric vehicle, or considering a heat pump, now’s the time to act.

Congress recently passed a brutal budget bill that will end many clean energy incentives that have been lowering the cost for households and businesses to decarbonize.

The good news is we still have time to take advantage of the tax credits before they expire.

If you take steps to decarbonize your home in time, you can not only take action on climate and reap the long-term benefits but also save money upfront.

Take a look at our breakdown of clean energy incentives Congress cut to see how much you can save and how long you have to act for each. [[link removed]]

For example, you can save up to $7,500 on certain electric vehicles through September and 30% of the cost of solar panels, battery storage, or heat pumps until the end of the year.

Despite devastating actions from Congress, we have an opportunity to push the clean energy transition forward in our own homes and businesses. Doing it right now is the best time for the climate – and your wallet.
