That’s why we’re not backing down from our work to hold the Trump administration accountable and fight for transparency. In fact, our team is working harder than ever.

Here’s some of the fights we’ve taken on in the last six months:

• After DOGE seized control of key federal government agencies without being transparent to the public, we sued the agency. Now, after the DC Circuit Court of Appeals granted us a big win in our case, we’ve won at several levels despite the government taking the fight all the way to the Supreme Court in their attempt to keep DOGE’s work secret from the American people.
• When Trump held his memecoin dinner—one of the most corrupt events we’ve ever seen—we filed a FOIA request for records on attendees of this event. The American people deserve to know who bought access to the president and we will not give up trying to get answers.
• After the Office of Management and Budget took down their website which explains how taxpayers’ money is being spent, we sued the Trump administration for illegally withholding this information from the public—and now a judge just ruled they have to bring the website back.

And that’s just scratching the surface of the work we’ve taken on over the last few months.
