This November, three democratic justices on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court face retention.

If just two lose their seats, Republicans take the majority. And once they have the bench, they’ll use it. To ban abortion. To bulldoze voting rights. To gerrymander our maps beyond recognition. To tear up our Constitution and turn Pennsylvania into a MAGA playground.

This is NOT theoretical. They’ve been laying the groundwork for years. They are eying this court the same way they have gone after Ohio, Florida, Texas — using billionaires and bullshit to flood elections and buy outcomes.

They are hoping voters won’t notice what’s at stake. But we see it clearly. And we’re not backing down. But all of that takes resources. If we’re going to hold the line, we need help from folks who know how high the stakes really are.

Because if MAGA wins this court, they won’t stop at the gavel. They’ll go for everything.

And we’re just not gonna let them.
