Dear Judicial Watch Member,
We have received some more great news
on the honest elections front!
The Trump Justice Department just announced it has filed a
“statement of interest” in our lawsuit to force the clean-up of
Illinois’ election rolls as federal law
requires…and this news comes just weeks after the Department
announced it had filed a similar “statement of interest” in our
voter-rolls lawsuit against Oregon!
However, these “statements of interest” don’t change
the fact that these two lawsuits continue to be prosecuted by Judicial
Watch…we will still be doing all the heavy lifting in court
and carrying all the litigation costs!
That’s
why I urge you to help us fight for honest elections with a special
contribution today.
We rely on patriotic Americans like you to support all our election
integrity work, including our lawsuits challenging three states’
efforts to “extend” Election Day (our Election Day lawsuit
against Illinois will be heard by the U.S. Supreme Court
in its upcoming fall term).
That’s not all!
- We’re taking on woke racism in the courts. After
shutting down taxpayer funded schemes advanced by leftists that purposely
excluded whites in California and North
Carolina, we are now in court challenging a race-based
“reparations” policy in Evanston, Illinois
that may well set a key legal precedent for us to challenge more
“reparations” programs across America.
- We have just added Sean O’Donnell, a former Inspector
General at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and former acting
Inspector General at the U.S. Department of Defense, to our litigation
team. His experience as an Inspector General is a perfect fit for
Judicial Watch and should make corrupt government officials nervous!
We
need you to join with us now to help us keep leading the national fight
to keep our elections honest, and advance all our other
investigations and litigation dedicated to preserving the rule of law and
combating public corruption.
No one else fights for you and for the rule of law as effectively as
Judicial Watch…and we fight these battles where they count, in
the legal system and the courts.
Thank you for reading my message. I deeply hope you will stand
with us again in our shared fight against corruption.
Sincerely,
Thomas Fitton President
