Easterseals was a leading advocate for the ADA in the years leading up
to its passage in 1990. We spearheaded public service campaigns while
actively advocating for its adoption in Washington and across the
country.
Once the ADA passed, we continued working to ensure that individuals
across the nation could fully access their rights under the law, and
that important work continues to this day.
