Take action and tell Congress to pass the EACH Act
------------------------------------
John, I know it can be hard to believe that, with everything going on, sending a letter to your representative will do anything. But I can promise you it does.

Before working for All* Above All, I was an advisor for a top Senate Democrat and a Capitol Hill staffer. I’ve seen how our government works, up close and personal. One voice doesn’t mean much to our leaders, but thousands do. We can sway our government into doing the right thing, but it’s going to take all of us to do it.

If you haven’t yet, please send our pre-written letter to your representatives telling them to pass the EACH Act—and make sure to share the link around, too. Remember, together we hold the power.

Tell Congress: Pass the EACH Act

John, stand up for your rights and take action now: Tell congress to pass the EACH (Equal Access to Abortion Coverage in Health Insurance) Act and secure abortion access for Americans.

With the passage of the so-called “Big Beautiful Bill,” that “defunds” Planned Parenthood, accessing care will become even more costly and difficult, leaving many with no access at all--this is an outright assault on reproductive rights and freedom.

Since the Dobbs decision, anti-abortion state lawmakers are rushing to ban and restrict abortion. When they can't block people's care outright, they deny care through insurance coverage bans--and the impact falls hardest on those working to make ends meet. This shouldn't be legal, but through the Hyde Amendment, it is.

The EACH Act is a bold vision of accessible reproductive health care, and it ensures that lack of coverage will not stand in the way of anyone making the best decision for themselves and their family.

Take Action for Abortion Rights

The language of the EACH Act is clear and respects decision making and prohibits political interference in two concrete ways: 1) If someone gets care or insurance through the federal government, they will be covered for their abortion care and 2) Federal legislators will not be able to interfere with the private insurance market to prevent insurance companies from providing abortion coverage.

In other words, the EACH Act takes politics out of our healthcare, and keeps the Donald Trumps of the world out of our pants.

Please send a message urging your representatives to support the EACH Act now. When we all mobilize, our voices can't be ignored.

P.S. Please spread the word about the EACH Act, and share our message with your friends and family. Abortion access affects all of us, from our parents to our children.
