A federal judge has ruled that grand jury documents from the original Epstein criminal investigations will remain sealed.

 

The decision follows a request filed by the Justice Department under President Trump’s administration. The court found the request lacked the legal basis required to unseal the records.

 

It’s just one of several ongoing efforts, similar motions are still working their way through other courts.

 

For now, the public remains without access to some of the most sought-after materials.
