Hello John,

I hope you're having a good week so far.

We would like to invite you to our next Global Youth Work Learners' session: "From Conflict to Connection: Youth Work in Ireland".  Designed for those supporting young people through increasingly complex realities, we will explore creative approaches to holding difficult conversations in your work, with a focus on community, care and justice. Whether it’s navigating tensions in your local community or responding to international conflicts that shape how young people see themselves and the world, this space is for you.

When? Monday 8th September, 10am - 4pm
Where? NCI Spencer Dock, Dublin
How much? Free, with lunch provided
Register now >>
You will learn more about:
  • What belief systems sit under the conflicts we see in youth work?
  • How do we support young people without avoiding discomfort or complexity?
  • What gets left out of our conversations on safety, neutrality or inclusion?
  • How can we centre community and solidarity in our practice?

If you have any further questions, please do get in touch.

All the best,

Valerie
