Colorado GOP Slams Democrats’ “Stronger Colorado” Farce Amid State’s Collapse
DENVER, CO – The Colorado GOP today called out the Colorado Democrats’ newly launched “Stronger Colorado” initiative, calling it a laughable attempt to mask the state’s dire condition after two decades of Democratic mismanagement. With Colorado failing on all fronts, the Dems’ promises ring hollow.
Healthcare Access and Medicaid Management: Over 1.2 million Coloradans rely on Medicaid, yet Democrats have failed to address funding crises, leaving access in jeopardy.
Budget Deficits and Fiscal Responsibility: State spending is out of control, with a projected $1 billion annual shortfall looming due to federal cuts and Democratic overspending.
Support for Rural Healthcare: Rural hospitals, critical in congressional districts like Jeff Hurd’s, are crumbling under neglectful Democratic policies.
Economic Relief for Working Families: Working Coloradans are crushed by taxes and fees, especially on overtime and tips, a burden Democrats refuse to lift.
Energy Policy and Job Creation: Clean energy subsidies have tanked traditional energy jobs, leaving energy-rich regions struggling.
“The Dems had their chance over 20 years and turned Colorado into a disaster zone,” said Brita Horn, Colorado GOP Chair. “Their ‘Stronger Colorado’ slogan is a slap in the face to families suffering under their failed leadership. It’s time for real solutions.”
The Colorado GOP points to the “Big Beautiful Bill” (OBBB) as the antidote to Democratic failures. Stay tuned for details on how OBBB will help Colorado in this mess. Vote better —vote for Common Sense CO GOP candidates to restore strength and prosperity.
