Judicial Watch announced that the U.S. Department of Justice filed a statement of interest in a Judicial Watch lawsuit that that seeks to force the clean-up of Illinois’ election rolls as federal law requires (Judicial Watch, Inc., et al. v. Illinois State Board of Elections, et al. (No. 1:24-cv-01867)). U.S. District Court Judge Sara L. Ellis set a hearing in the case for next week.
