They want to do in Pennsylvania exactly what they’re doing in Texas and controlling that state's highest court opens that door. If they take majority control of the court, they can draw new maps that shore up the five PA Republican districts that they are projected to lose in 2026 and make PA’s seven safe blue seats untenable for Democrats. We get it—a Judicial Retention election does not sound sexy. But losing this race could mean losing every blue Congressional seat in PA.
