Representing nine states and both parties, this second cohort is a testament to the power of collaboration and shared purpose. Through executive coaching, peer support, and tailored development opportunities, the 19th Collective equips these leaders to grow their impact and sustain their service. Launched in 2024, the 19th Collective was built in response to a clear need: young women legislators are seeking deeper connections, stronger community, and support systems that reflect the realities of public service. Inspired by the 19th Amendment, it's a space where women lead — and rise — together. |
