He has been arrested three times.
He was recently caught by WESH Channel 2 writing a fake check to a constituent and swindling thousands from the man.
Just last month, a $7 million judgment was awarded against him for financial fraud by a Lake County Judge (Case No: 2024-CA-1698).
Governor DeSantis sent mass text messages warning voters about him two months ago because he was undermining Republican bills in Tallahassee.
Two months ago, he requested a state police agency to arrest an 80-year-old Vietnam veteran and twist the man’s arm behind his back when the man tried to visit and join the Lake County Republican party.
Three Months ago, he shredded 60+ applications of Republicans that sought to join the local party and has blocked new members since December.
All of his appropriation bills for Lake-Sumter College FAILED and did not pass because he skipped legislative hearings to play in an 80s “cover band” as a “side gig” in order to pay down the various court judgements against him and help with his “money issues” (you can’t make this up).
