Minerva (Minnie) Ringland, Manager of ReFED's Climate and Insights, will talk about food waste in the U.S. ?ReFED is a U.S.-based nonprofit dedicated to reducing food waste. ?Minnie works to improve the understanding of the environmental impacts of food waste and translate these findings to empower partners and solution providers.

Minnie will tell us about the tremendous amount of food in the U.S. which goes to landfill, incineration, down the drain, or simply left to rot in the fields, and the impact it has on the climate and environment.
