Yesterday, New Yorkers cast their ballots in primaries across the state.
While we wait to see the results of the Republican primary to know who it is that Antonio Delgado will face in November, I want you to remember why you’re a part of this:
Maybe your neighbors are Dreamers and are celebrating the recent Supreme Court ruling that allows them to stay and work here in America. Antonio's fighting for them with the American Dream and Promise Act to give Dreamers a real pathway to citizenship.
Maybe you have LGBTQ+ family members who are celebrating the Supreme Court ruling that bans LGBTQ+ discrimination in the work place. Antonio is fighting for them with the Equality Act to ensure no American faces discrimation because of who they love or how they identify.
Or maybe you’re with Antonio because while you disagree with him on a few issues, you respect him for answering your questions at a town hall and being one of the most accessible and active members of Congress.
Whatever your reason, this is the moment to show Antonio you have his back. The general election is officially on and November will be here sooner than you think.
